Art in the Park - Windsor June 4 and 5

Milton Spring Craft Show

What a beautiful, sunny, warm Saturday on April 30 at the Milton spring craft show! (followed by a cold and miserable, rainy Sunday, May 1st). No matter, we had a great time at the fair - our first time. It was fun to meet all the vendors and see some familiar faces from other craft shows that we have done. Our next show will be at Art in the Park in Windsor, Ontario the first weekend in June.

Glycerine Soap!

Started fooling around with glycerine soap! It is so much fun to do without the clean up of cold processed soap. Don't get me wrong, I still love making soap the old fashioned way, but I was inspired by my friend's son who turns 5 today and loves seashells...so I made him a soap with sea shells in it! I also have somewhere to put all the odd and end bits of soap from my cold processed soap. Happy Birthday Dax!

Thank you to all my customers that came out to see me at the various craft shows. Who knew that Spiced Mandarin would be such a hit scent! I will definitely add that to the regular scents. The Japanese Cherry Blossom Quench Me Hand & Body Lotion will also become a regular.
